IT Operations Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an IT Operations Administrator.

As an IT Operations Administrator, you will manage various IT tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations within the company.

You will also be responsible for managing relevant IT assets. Your practical responsibilities include:

  1. Technical Support: Supporting internal teams and end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  2. Ticket Management: Maintaining meticulous ticket logs, prioritizing, and resolving tickets promptly.
  3. Problem Identification & Workflow Improvement: Analyzing IT ticket types and user friction points to suggest long-term solutions and workflow enhancements.
  4. Learning and Development: Continuously learning new technologies and processes, with opportunities to further your education in Microsoft systems such as Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
  5. Automation: Embracing automation to streamline processes, using tools like Power Automate to reduce manual tasks.
  6. Collaboration: Engaging effectively with cross-functional teams to foster cooperation and communication.
  7. Asset Management: Managing IT assets efficiently, providing quality equipment, and maintaining an organized storeroom.
