Location: Boksburg.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced IT candidate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and storing data using computers, networks, servers and provide technical support.
Duties And Responsibilities: (But not limited to)
• Set up and configure hardware (PCs, laptops, printers) and software
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup for new users.
• Monitor and respond to IT tickets within agreed timeframes
• Maintain IT documentation, including asset registers and user guides.
Requirements
• High school certificate or equivalent.
• At least 1—2 years working experience in a similar field.
• Driver’s license is advantageous.
Skills
• Interpersonal Skills- ability to communicate with various departments.
• Attentive to detail and knowledge of best practices, including network security.
