Position Overview
The Solution Sales Manager will support the Integrated Service Solutions (ISS) Sales Support Team in building value-adding, lifecycle service solutions for customers in the crushing and grinding sector. The role involves driving growth, prioritizing sales cases, and supporting market area teams to secure profitable contracts across business lines. This position offers flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
Team Structure
The role reports to the VP, Service Solutions - Sales and involves close collaboration with multi-national sales professionals and market area teams.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience : Proven success managing and closing complex sales cases. Background in the customer-side perspective is a plus. Understanding of service solutions and Lifecycle Solutions (LCS) offerings. Knowledge of Metso's Crushing & Grinding equipment, products, and services.
Skills : Strong commercial expertise and a passion for deal engineering. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken). Interpersonal skills for working with multi-national sales teams. Ability to travel and operate across different time zones.
