Requirements :
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Information Security, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically in the implementation and certification processes of ISO standards.
- Strong knowledge of key ISO standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 27001, depending on your expertise.
- Proven experience in conducting audits and managing compliance with regulatory requirements and certification bodies.
- Proficiency with document management systems and audit software is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, project management, communication, and training skills, with an analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence organizational change with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities :
As the ISO Manager, your core responsibilities will include :
- Develop and maintain ISO systems by establishing, implementing, and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and other relevant ISO management systems in accordance with ISO standards.
- Lead the organization through successful certification and recertification audits, coordinating internal and external audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Develop, maintain, and control all necessary documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records, ensuring proper document control.
- Design and facilitate training and awareness programs to ensure employee understanding of ISO requirements and their roles in maintaining compliance.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to quality, environment, health and safety, or information security. Lead corrective and preventive actions and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, manage non-conformances, and liaise with external auditors and certification bodies.
- Prepare and present reports on system performance, audit results, and improvement activities to senior management.
- Engage with various departments and stakeholders to integrate ISO requirements into business processes and support organizational goals.
