Responsibilities
- Chairing of disciplinary and grievance hearings
- Drafting of disciplinary charges and warnings
- Dispute resolutions
- HR administration
- Advise management on sound employee related practices
- Induction of new employees
- Advertising of vacant positions
- Pre-interview assessment
- Conduct interviews
- Pre-appointment checks
- Selection of candidates
- Recruitment administration
- Taking ownership of self-development and performance management
