This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a strong background in compliance, project management, and international logistics.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bespoke project solutions, overseeing end-to-end import coordination for high-value clinical trial shipments, and ensuring seamless service delivery across internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities : Project & Compliance ManagementManage the import process for global clinical trial suppliesConduct compliance reviews for new shipment requestsCollaborate with research, development, and external compliance partiesCoordinate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service deliveryCreate bespoke quotes and project proposals for clientsEnsure effective project handovers to service delivery teamsClient Engagement & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with international clientsProvide clear communication on compliance requirements and timelinesPresent tailored solutions and updates to clients throughout the project lifecycleResolve escalations and ensure client satisfactionOperational Oversight & DeliveryLead project planning and timeline managementWork cross-functionally to resolve operational challengesMonitor ongoing project performance and adapt solutions where neededCandidate Requirements : Professional qualification in Law, Accounting, or related discipline (CA or LLB preferred)Excellent academic backgroundProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Fluent in English, both written and verbalDetail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skillsHighly organised, adaptable, and able to handle multiple complex projectsEnergetic and enthusiastic team player with strong problem-solving abilitiesExperience in global logistics, compliance, or clinical trials is advantageousRemuneration : Competitive market-related salary based on experienceStructured career development within a global logistics environmentThis is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact solutions for global clinical trial operations.
