JOB DESCRIPTION

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare, review, and process invoices in a timely manner
  • Ensure accuracy of billing and payment details
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information for invoicing
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments
  • Assist in financial reporting and other administrative tasks as needed
