An established industry player is seeking bids for the procurement of printed materials to support a Youth Health Programme in South Africa. This initiative, part of a long-standing collaboration in the health sector, focuses on HIV/AIDS prevention and aims to enhance the vaccination campaign. Bidders are invited to submit proposals for a set of 9 items, with delivery required across multiple provinces. The South African – German Financial Cooperation builds on a long-standing relationship in the health sector. Various programs have been implemented with a focus on HIV / AIDS prevention, including the HIV Prevention Programme, BMZ No. 2.
As a part of this project, KfW (German Development Bank) is providing support to the South African vaccination campaign with the procurement of printed materials for a Youth Health Programme.
The DG Murray Trust invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for printed materials that will need to be delivered DPU to 4 provinces throughout the country – Gauteng, Johannesburg; KwaZulu-Natal – Pietermaritzburg; Western Cape – Cape Town; Eastern Cape – East London.
The procurement is grouped into 1 lot (9 items). Bidders are invited to bid for all 9 items.
Bidding will be conducted by means of the single stage, 1-envelope National Competitive Bidding procedure. A complete set of bidding documents is available free of charge to interested bidders at: [emailprotected].
The bidding documents received from the Purchaser are not transferable.
Hard copy bids must be delivered to DG Murray Trust, Ground Floor, Block D, Dunkeld Office Park, 6 North Road, Dunkeld West, Johannesburg, as indicated in the bidding document on or before November 2 at h (South African time). Late bids will be rejected.
