About the Role
FEST is looking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager to lead our fundraising and investor engagement efforts. This role will focus on building relationships with impact investors, financial partners and institutional funders to secure capital for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment fundraising, financial structuring and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Investor Outreach: Identify and engage potential investors, including REITs, impact funds, family offices and institutional partners.
- Capital Raising: Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure funding for FEST's urban development projects.
- Investment Structure: Structure investment agreements, revenue-sharing models and blended finance solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions and grant providers.
- Financial & Market Analysis: Research investor trends, ESG frameworks and financial opportunities.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to investors, prepare financial reports and support investor meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
- MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
Experience:
- 5-7 years in investor relations, capital raising, or fundraising for large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of securing funding from impact investors, private equity firms or development finance institutions.
- Experience in real estate finance, ESG investments, impact investments or blended finance preferred.
Skills:
- Strong financial acumen and investment structuring expertise.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop compelling investment presentations and reports.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Compensation
Compensation is commission-based at a 15% base with the possibility of additional bonuses.
