Seeking a strategic and results-driven investment professional with a passion for infrastructure investments who thrives in high-impact roles that require sharp financial acumen, deal-making expertise, and value creation for investors.

About the Role

As an Investment Principal, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, executing, managing, and exiting investment transactions to drive maximum returns for investors. You will work across the full investment lifecycle, from origination to exit, while actively engaging with portfolio companies to unlock value.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: CA, CFA, or MBA.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years in investment financing, with a strong preference for experience in infrastructure investments.
• Proven expertise in deal structuring, due diligence, financial modeling, and investment execution.
• A strong network in the private equity, investment banking, or infrastructure finance sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and drive high-impact investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Sourcing & Execution

• Identify, evaluate, and secure high-potential investment opportunities in infrastructure.
• Lead all aspects of the investment process, from deal origination and financial modeling to structuring and transaction execution.
• Prepare high-quality Investment Memoranda and present to the Investment Committee.
• Work with internal and external advisors on acquisition and investment opportunities.

Investment Management & Value Creation

• Actively manage portfolio companies to optimize performance and enhance value.
• Drive strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for growth within investments.
• Support portfolio companies with business planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Represent the Fund at Board meetings of investee companies.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track portfolio performance and provide strategic insights to the Investment Committee and Board.
• Ensure adherence to governance, risk management, and ESG principles.
• Collaborate with partners to create investment-friendly environments and overcome barriers to growth.

Due Diligence & Risk Management

• Oversee thorough due diligence processes to ensure sound investment decisions.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Secure necessary approvals and legal documentation for investment drawdowns.
