Placements24 is seeking a sharp Investment Analyst with a focus on Private Equity to join our globally recognized firm. This fully remote role covers the entire investment lifecycle from deal sourcing to exit strategies.

You will build and review financial models, conduct due diligence, prepare memorandums, and support portfolio companies. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• MBA or CFA credential considered a strong plus.
• 2–4 years of investment banking / private equity / VC experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and remote-working capability.
• Proficiency in valuation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market analysis, competitive landscape, and financial projections.
• Develop sophisticated financial models (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis) to evaluate investment viability and potential returns.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating investment terms and agreements.
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, identifying areas for value creation and operational improvement.
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee.
• Support the exit process for portfolio companies, including market analysis and sale process coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, financial intermediaries, and management teams.
