Job Summary

Provide specialist advice and support in the implementation and development of operational planning and associated service delivery processes, methods, and techniques.

Job Description

• Solutioning & Advisory: Provide ongoing support to senior advisors in driving business development and achieving business targets through monitoring and identifying opportunities within the portfolio (cross-selling and up-selling).
• Client Engagement: Regularly engage with clients regarding current and future product requirements to ensure client expectations are met and value is created for both the business and the client.
• Risk and Control: Ensure all risk and control requirements related to the portfolio are met and implemented as required.

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required).
