Job summary

Kabstrading Co in Durban is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations. You will keep work areas clean, pack incoming stock, take inventory and report shortages, and maintain records of shipments.

You will pick orders, attach correct information, move completed orders to delivery, assist with wrapping and securing goods, and help with loading and unloading trucks while complying with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized.
• Packing incoming stock away, taking inventory and reporting shortages.
• Keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Picking orders as requested by management.
• Ensuring correct information is attached and moving completed orders to delivery area.
• Assist with appropriated wrapping, and securing with stretch wrap, shrink wrap and strapping.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Assisting in maintaining security of store.
