The key purpose of this role is to manage and analyze master data related to inventory deployment to ensure data accuracy and consistency across various systems and databases. The Master Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining this data integrity, which is crucial for efficient inventory management and deployment.
The incumbent will work closely with other departments, such as WSNP, SNP, T1, InEx, and Tech, to ensure that the right products are in the right place at the right time, based on accurate and up-to-date data. They also play a critical role in improving data quality, contributing to more reliable forecasts and strategic decisions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data related to inventory deployment across multiple systems.
Analyse warehouse capacity using trends and forecasts to determine necessary changes to distribution strategies.
Maintain and analyse Preferred Root Matrix (PRM) data within the iPlanner system, ensuring distribution channels are current and changes are implemented promptly.
Input master data and rules into the SpotLight system, ensure suggestions align with business needs, and engage with solutions to improve system outputs. Analyse and report on system adoption across the IDP team.
Balance increases and decreases in production with changes in inventory policy across the grids to maintain production continuity and optimal stock levels.
Regularly review and clean data to uphold high standards of data quality across all systems.
Perform data analysis and compile reports to provide visibility across the IDP area and support decision-making.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure data alignment and effective inventory management.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data management and inventory deployment efficiency.
Contribute to Inventory Deployment Planning (IDP) as required.
Monitor and report on service levels, including load suggestions and prioritisation, and scrutinise the daily Load Plan to ensure closure of out-of-stock situations.
Manage and ensure accuracy of all T1 iPlanner master data inputs on a daily basis.
Review demand inputs by SKU and site to ensure accurate deployment within iPlanner.

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant Bachelors degree in Planning, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
3 – 5 years operational or planning experience in FMCG
Deep Knowledge of NoCC Logistics and Planning processes, specifically inventory management
Understanding of ABInBev Logistics and Planning principles
Improvement through root cause and trends analysis using Belt methodology
