The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience and strong SAP knowledge to oversee inventory operations and ensure accuracy in stock management. This role offers a salary package between R240,000 and R300,000 per annum.

Overview

A leading manufacturer in the glass and laminates industry is looking for an experienced Inventory Coordinator with strong SAP knowledge and a solid background in inventory management to join their team in Springs GP. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of experience who can take ownership of stock control, ensure accuracy across inventory processes, and support efficient production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations within the production environment
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely stock replenishment
• Monitor and report on inventory variances, investigating discrepancies
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth material flow
• Generate and analyse inventory reports using SAP
• Support cycle counts and full physical stock takes
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in inventory or stock control, ideally in a related manufacturing industry (e.g. glass, laminates, or similar)
• Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP systems
• Solid understanding of production workflows and materials management
• Proven ability to manage and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and liaise across departments
