Job summary

ACDC Dynamics South Africa is seeking an Inventory Controller for our Polokwane branch. The role focuses on managing stock inventory, analyzing supply chain data, and ensuring stock availability across the network.

You will place purchase orders, coordinate stock transfers, and maintain pricing reports while coordinating with warehouse, sales and finance teams to optimize stock levels.

• Experience placing and receiving purchase orders and coordinating transfers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock control with warehouse, sales, and finance.
• Analyze supply chain data to ensure stock availability.
• Forecast demand to prevent overstocking and OOS.
• Place and receive orders to replenish stock.
• Track shipments and coordinate internal stock transfers.
• Oversee stock storage, tagging, boxing, and labeling.
• Maintain stock flow from storage to usage points.
• Perform regular inventory audits and keep purchasing within budget.
