Job Title: Inventory Controller (George)

Location: Western Cape, George

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Purchase Orders
   • Open, approve, and close orders
   • Follow admin order rules
   • Handle reversals and corrections
   • Support purchase order system
   • Data extraction and processing
   • Chase open orders daily
2. Stock Management
   • Data extraction and reporting
   • Monitor stock take exceptions and report
   • Problem solving and system support
   • Monitor stock levels on the floor
   • Manage Trello Board: add and remove vehicles
3. Housekeeping and Expense Control
   • Manage manual order books
   • Order and manage stickers: "Promo", "Sold", "Finance", "QC", "Delivery ready"
   • Arrange payment requisitions for service providers

Additional Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Minimum 3 years of inventory management experience
• Technical/mechanical background advantageous
• Experience in the motor industry preferred
• Previous storekeeping/procurement experience
