Inventory Clerk / Shop Assistant

Shop & Stores Assistant (Inventory Control) with Power Tool Experience

POSITION INFO:

1. Off loading of goods (including use of lifting equipment).
2. Goods receiving & checking against documentation.
3. Labelling of stock - check labelling against product codes.
4. Store excess stock in allocated store areas & mark items clearly.
5. Cleaning of store after stock deliveries & merchandising.
6. Assist staff for the location & storage of requested items.
7. Pulling, checking, packaging & dispatch arrangement of on-line shopping orders.
8. General housekeeping & organising of stores, workplace and demonstration areas.
9. Check & maintain all the display areas including re-merchandising & stock pricing (differences).
10. Ensure that all areas are clean & neat at close of business.
11. Ensure that existing displayed stock pricing is in line with new stock.
12. Ensure that stock-outs get replenished asap.
13. Assist with the arrangement of shows & demonstrations.
