Join a dynamic manufacturing company as an Inventory and Planning Manager and play a vital role in ensuring seamless production, accurate inventory, and on-time delivery.Key Responsibilities : Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts and manage investment limits.Execute and manage MRP processes in line with sales forecasts and production needs.Maintain accurate inventory master data and ensure version control.Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including customs and export compliance.Support customer fulfilment by managing sales order execution and lead times.Coordinate production scheduling and subcontractor management.Lead quarterly inventory reviews, stock takes, and variance reconciliations.Identify and manage slow-moving or obsolete stock in collaboration with other teams.Job Experience & Skills Required : Minimum 10 years' experience in material requirements and production planning.Qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics Management is advantageous.Proven experience in imports, exports, and warehousing operations.Hands-on experience working with ISO quality systems.Exceptional planning, organisation, and time management skills.Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure.Strong systems and process orientation, with a drive for continuous improvement.Desired Skills : ISO Inventory and PlanningMRP processesDesired Work Experience : More than 10 yearsDesired Qualification Level : Degree
