FG Quality Management:
  • Ensure FG inventory quality standards are adhered to as per DPO & VPO requirements.
  • Accurately block FG inventory in SAP with physical blocking mechanisms as per VPO/DPO standards for quality-related and obsolescence stock.
  • Ensure compliance with the freshness and rotation policy as per VPO & DPO standards.
  • Record inventory counts accurately, including quantities and BBD per SKU, with clear display of bin cards as per standards.
  • Apply and approve inventory concession policies based on product age standards.
  • Repack all FG salvages according to VPO & DPO standards.
  • Decant obsolescence stock following standard policies and procedures.
  • Conduct independent inventory counts for all FG inventory, reconcile with SAP, investigate discrepancies, and escalate unresolved issues with action plans.
  • Sign-off and process all breakages, obsolescence, and salvages in SAP accurately.
  • Review and resolve all daily controls and open shipments for T1 & T2, process claims with backup documentation, and ensure reimbursement.
  • Review, approve, and sign off POC & T2 driver route settlements.
  • Monitor SCO BUD vs ACT costs, report gaps, and implement action plans.
Fleet Expenditure Against the Budget:
  • Implement governance and risk management practices.
  • Ensure all documentation is signed, filed, and securely stored according to Inventory Control Policy.
  • Use security cameras at key points and conduct random verifications.
  • Perform 3-point independent checks on all T1 & T2 shipments for departure and arrival.
  • Transact all physical FG inventory movements accurately in SAP, verifying packaging receipts and write-offs against signed documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, commercial studies, supply chain, logistics, or sciences.
