Our interdisciplinary team, led by Dr. Liebenberg, consists of pain practitioners with expertise in various specialties to offer holistic pain management solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pain Medicine Physician at PAIN Collective in Durban, and involves providing service in the KZN branches. The role involves managing and treating patients with painful conditions such as Arthritis, Neurological Pain, Back and Neck Pain, among others. Duties include performing non-surgical interventions like injections, nerve blocks, and collaborating with other pain specialists for comprehensive patient care. Full in-house training is provided leading to formal training and qualification in interventional pain management.

Requirements
  • Registration as an independent practitioner with the HPCSA
  • Registration for private practice with practice number at the BHF
  • You are ethical and focused on patient-centered care
  • You can work in a team environment and believe in multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary care
  • Previous exposure to pain management is beneficial
  • You must be able to spend three months in Cape Town while undergoing basic training
