Job summary

Beaver Migration and Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Advanced Remanufacturing Technician to diagnose, repair, recondition and test hydraulic and mechanical components used in forklifts and industrial equipment in Belgium. You will work in a specialized workshop and apply your mechanical and hydraulic knowledge while developing expertise in advanced remanufacturing.

We value technical qualifications, practical repair experience and the ability to read drawings, with Afrikaans and English

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics, Mechatronics or related field.
• Hands-on repair and reconditioning experience.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with hydraulic systems and components.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Attention to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect mechanical and hydraulic components to identify faults.
• Diagnose problems and determine repair solutions.
• Repair and recondition hydraulic components.
• Dismantle components and replace worn parts.
• Test repaired components using hydraulic benches.
• Read technical drawings and specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools and hydraulic test equipment.
• Work with electrical diagnostic equipment where required.
• Order replacement parts and maintain records.
• Support workshop process improvements.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
