Chapter 2 in Johannesburg is seeking an ambitious Internal Talent Partner to shape our internal talent function and support growth across Germany and the UK. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for internal hires, building talent communities and using data-driven approaches to find exceptional people.

You’ll bring a research-led sourcing mindset, interview rigor, and the commercial mindset needed to map markets, engage candidates, and partner with leaders to hire faster and smarter

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience within internal Talent Acquisition, embedded RPO, or internal environments.
• Research-led sourcing with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proactive candidate engagement.
• Ability to translate talent intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong behavioural interviewing skills to assess capability, motivation and culture.
• Proactive, commercially aware, and independent working style.
• Genuine enthusiasm for Chapter 2 and its growth ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Chapter 2's internal Talent Partner hires, focusing on Germany as the primary market and the UK as secondary.
• Develop and execute search strategies, including sourcing, market research, talent mapping, engagement and delivery.
• Conduct structured behavioural interviews to assess fit with Chapter 2's culture and values.
