Placements24 is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead employee engagement and communications in a fully remote role. You will craft and execute strategies to ensure clear, engaging messaging across channels, supporting leadership and aligning with organizational goals.

You will manage content for newsletters, intranet, email, town halls, and meetings, while measuring impact and driving continuous improvement in a remote setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
• 5+ years in internal/corporate communications or employee engagement.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing internal comms strategies.
• Excellent writing/editing and ability to tailor tone for audiences.
• Experience with intranet, email tools and collaboration platforms.
• Strong employee engagement knowledge and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
• Proactive in identifying comms needs and opportunities.

Requirements
