Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification in Internal Auditing, Auditing, Risk Management or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in internal auditing or compliance.
• Experience with internal audits and compliance monitoring.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
• ESG experience is advantageous.
• ISO 14001 or other ISO systems experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and compliance audits.
• Identify risks, non-conformances and areas for improvement.
• Assist with risk assessments and internal control reviews.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures and applicable legislation.
• Assist with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain accurate audit and compliance documentation.
• Support environmental and sustainability initiatives.
• Assist with ISO management system compliance and improvements.
• Prepare audit findings and reports for management.
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure effective close-out.
