Job requirements

Must be able to tell us what they think we have done well or could improve on current app. Must be able to demonstrate full prototyping in Figma. Thorough but also able to work MVP fast when needed.

Experience

5+ years designing responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications

Previous experience designing for social media, content platforms, or other user-driven, high-traffic apps

Comfortable working across the full design lifecycle — from concept to developer handoff and QA

Hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing

Skills

Mastery of Figma, Sketch, and other modern design tools

Strong command of responsive design systems, mobile-first thinking, and component-based design

Experience with data-informed design— uses both quantitative analytics and qualitative user feedback

Creates high-fidelity prototypes and pixel-perfect UIs

Understands front-end dev constraints and how to design for implementation, not just for show

Experience designing for engagement loops, user flows, and conversion funnels
