Our Innovative Analysis Team is looking for seasoned Business Analysts with experience in the Financial Services industry.

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in projects involving: API and Systems Integration, Digital (Mobile) projects, AML / Fraud / Compliance, or Payments projects.

Key Responsibilities and/or Output Areas
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a comprehensive Business Analyst (data, process, systems, and business analysis)
  • Financial services experience, specifically in Banking
  • Experience with various project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, RUP)
  • Ability to convert requirement documentation into user stories for Agile projects
  • Engagement with stakeholders and facilitation of information-gathering sessions
  • Gather, interpret, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
  • Participate in solution design and data governance processes
  • Define success criteria, document test cases, and support testing environments
  • Analyze and map existing and new business processes
  • Align data sources, flows, storage, and reporting
  • Assist in solution delivery, implementation, and training
Education and Qualifications
  • Matric
  • Relevant university qualification, diploma, or certificate from an accredited institution
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Skills
  • Experience with BABOK methodologies
  • Knowledge of process notations and business writing
  • Presentation and facilitation skills
  • Data modeling and repository tools (e.g., ARIS)
  • Familiarity with Business Change Life Cycle, Quality, and Risk Management
  • Experience with frameworks like ACORD, SOA, TOGAF, ARCHIMATE
  • Proficiency with tools such as Confluence and Jira is advantageous
