Job Description:
As an Intermediate Technical Recruiter at Boardroom Appointments, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top technical talent for our clients. Your duties will include:
- Engaging in proactive business development activities to attract clients in the technical sector.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their technical hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Employing innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates.
- Conducting comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure high-quality placements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on technical roles.
- Sound understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proven track record in business development, including acquisition and management of key client accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Deep understanding of the technical industry, including knowledge of technology services and trends.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top technical talent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
