Job description

We are looking for an Intermediate Agile Project Manager to support a digital transformation programme focused on automating business processes and delivering application, dashboard, and bot solutions. The role requires hands-on Agile project delivery while ensuring compliance with established governance frameworks. Ideal candidates will have experience leading Agile teams, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving successful business and IT outcomes in structured, regulated environments.

What you'll do :
  1. Manage and deliver medium to large-scale digital transformation projects including the automation of business processes and the delivery of dashboards, bots, and custom applications
  2. Lead Agile project teams using frameworks like Scrum or SAFe while ensuring alignment with formal governance standards
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, manage dependencies, and adjust timelines as needed
  4. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
  5. Drive stakeholder engagement by building collaborative relationships and managing expectations across business and IT
  6. Identify and manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle
  7. Ensure all project documentation is current, approved, and stored in accordance with project management frameworks
  8. Support people management activities including team performance, mentoring, and contribution to culture plans
  9. Assist with budgeting, procurement, and supply chain management in line with operational and governance requirements
  10. Provide clear reporting through dashboards and monthly reports to internal governance structures
Your expertise :
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Agile Project Management, ideally in digital transformation or IT project delivery environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead Agile teams and coordinate deliverables across cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, reporting, project risk management, and resource coordination
  • Ability to ensure delivery alignment with enterprise project governance, budget tracking, and formal documentation standards
  • Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Comfortable working in hybrid environments — onsite and remote — and adaptable to evolving organisational needs
Desirable skills :
  • Experience working with ERP systems or workflow platforms
  • Knowledge of public sector or government environments
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and process automation platforms
  • Exposure to project measurement and performance frameworks like Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
  • May be required to manage or support service level agreements (SLAs) with external vendors
  • Experience in supporting budgeting, procurement, and supply chain compliance
Qualifications :
  • IT-related degree or diploma (essential)
  • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or PMSA (essential)
  • Advanced Agile or Scrum certification (advantageous)
