Experience

Led product development across web and mobile, ideally in streaming, content platforms, or social products

Background in tech or engineering — ideally has coded before

Deep familiarity with Agile — owns sprint cycles, retros, and delivery

Worked on products with high user volume and real-time content delivery

Skills

Data and revenue-driven — uses tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA to guide decisions

Focused on improving conversion funnels, user onboarding, and monetization strategies

Strong grasp of gamification mechanics to drive engagement and retention

Clear communicator, decisive planner, and confident running Agile sprint cycles

Familiar with Figma, Jira, Slack — experienced optimizing UX for business outcomes
