Overview

Jubilate School is a small independent school, part of ISASA, located on picturesque grounds in Crowthorne, Midrand (Gauteng).

A vacancy exists for an Intermediate Phase Educator to commence with duties January 2026.

The teaching position exists for a suitably qualified, experienced, professional who is enthusiastic, committed and prepared to go the extra mile that being part of a dynamic organisation requires.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will contribute to teaching and learning in the Intermediate Phase, be prepared to participate in extra-curricular activities as required by the school, and support the CAPS curriculum implementation with effective planning and delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• English first language, with 5 years experience in a registered school in South Africa.
• Have the relevant and recognized diploma / degree in Education, with the necessary qualifications to teach appropriate Intersen Phase subjects.
• Be enthusiastic, energetic and have a creative approach to teaching learners.
• Possess good organisational skills with the ability to develop programmes according to CAPS curriculum requirements.
• Be registered with the South African Council for Educators (SACE): provide certified copy.
• Be in possession of, and provide copy of an up-to-date current Police Clearance certificate
• An advantage would be a valid, current PDP license.
• Be aware of requirements to extra-curricular activities per school programmes.
• South African citizen.
