You Bring

• A minimum of 2 years IT Infrastructure experience.
• Relevant industry certifications (advantageous): A+, N+, MCP, MCSE, MCITP.
• Basic skills in: Technical troubleshooting, Vendor management, Customer service, Communication, Project management.
• Understanding of Windows servers, Disaster Recovery, Server Patching (WSUS), VMware, OS, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Cloud (advantageous), Red Hat OpenShift (advantageous), Linux (advantageous), Networking (Network+, CCNA) (advantageous), VMware VCP (advantageous).

What You'll Do

• Participate in design discussions with Senior Engineers.
• Assist with escalations.
• Participate in scheduled tasks and on-call rotations.
• Lead in designing and maintaining enterprise monitoring solutions.
• Discuss application performance and outages.
• Depict system architectures and configurations.
• Build and maintain Group Policy for security.
• Oversee and optimize virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Manage virtual clusters, resource pools, and virtual machines.
• Manage VM snapshots, templates, and migrations.
• Maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Manage SAN solutions, storage, backups, and recovery.
