Intermediate Business Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Manager: Business Analysis, the Intermediate Business Analyst is responsible for:

1. Functional analysis, process analysis, design, and simulation.
2. Conducting mapping sessions with business units to facilitate process enhancement and support changes aligned with business strategies.

Key understanding and skills include:

• Understanding of the organization's business systems and ability to facilitate quality improvement interventions.
• Focus on process analysis and re-engineering.
• Gathering and documenting business requirements with an understanding of business and technical problems and solutions related to current and future business environments.
