About the job Intermediate Business Analyst

Looking for an experienced specialist to assist with business process and training documentation.

Contract Duration: 3 months

Hybrid role: JHB based, offices in Rosebank

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with company functional leads to gather business process and training information.
2. Create business process documentation for the Isometrix platform that ensures processes are being followed properly throughout the organization.
3. Create training material content documentation where required.
4. Develop specs where required for the config team.

Experience

1. 2-3 years of cross project experience.
2. 2-3 years experience working in a project delivery environment.
