Position Overview :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong design sensibility and a desire to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of interior design concepts for luxury projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist senior designers in the development of design concepts, presentations, and project materials
• Conduct research and gather inspiration for design projects
• Create 2D and 3D designs, including floor plans, elevations, and renderings
• Support in sourcing finishes, materials, furniture, and accessories for high-end interiors
• Assist with the preparation of design presentations, reports, and other project documentation
• Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with internal teams (architecture and construction) to ensure design intent is carried through
• Assess the client's project requirements
• Develop clear and accurate briefs that fully express the client’s needs
• Expand and develop designs to align with the client’s brief, budget and regulations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with 3D rendering software (Lumion) is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
