About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Interior Design - Revit Technical Designer to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Senior Designer and Project Lead, you'll work collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Stellenbosch, South Africa

Key Responsibilities

Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Producing accurate working drawings using Revit Architecture, from Concept to IFC.
• Ensuring all drawings comply with Building Codes and Developer requirements.
• Experience working within fast-paced construction environments, managing multiple projects at once.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to deliver high-quality design solutions with attention to detail

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• A formal qualification in drafting, Interior Design or Architecture (Diploma or higher).
• Experience in a similar drafting role, ideally within residential and F&B construction.
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture and the ability to read and produce detailed working drawings.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
• A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
