Your Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of a comprehensive swim program, including group and individual lessons for adults and children.Develop and enhance the swim program, including additional activities like holiday programs.Promote the swim offerings through regular marketing activities.Handle administrative duties such as revenue and budget management, with regular reporting.Lead and manage the swim instructors team.

People ManagementRecruit and select team members aligned with VASA values.Ensure staff comply with training and safety requirements.Oversee staff adherence to emergency procedures and safety standards.Provide leadership, conduct regular performance reviews, and facilitate communication within the team.Ensure staff presentation aligns with brand standards.Support staff in water safety and provide swim lessons as needed.

MembersCreate and implement innovative lesson programs, approved by the National Swim Manager.Ensure all lessons are conducted as scheduled, meet quality standards, and are attended appropriately.Monitor and respond to member and instructor feedback and concerns.Maintain safety standards in pool areas and equipment.Participate in club activities and events to promote engagement and retention.Drive member satisfaction and loyalty initiatives.

Swim DepartmentManage department performance, targets, and budget.Optimize staffing and resource allocation.Ensure payroll accuracy and sales maximization within the club.

Ongoing Training and Job RequirementsComplete annual training and refresher courses in First Aid / AED.Maintain a clear criminal record with police clearance checks.
