Qualifications:

1. Matric.
2. Relevant tertiary or Call Centre qualification will be beneficial.
3. Applicants with successfully completed FAIS Regulatory Exam and a minimum of 30 FAIS Credits will be given preference.

Experience:

1. Previous Call Centre experience in Telesales.
2. Experience in the Short Term insurance industry is preferred.
