Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications :

  • Relevant tertiary IT qualification.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, IT systems monitoring, and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience in customer support within a tech / IT environment.
  • Background in Financial Services or Payments Industry (understanding reconciliation & settlement processes is beneficial).

Key Performance Areas :

  • Support and stage monitoring of Biller integrations.
  • Transaction irregularity monitoring across the value chain.
  • Technical client consultations and support post-integration.
  • Troubleshooting log investigations and live environment testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve integration issues.
