Job description

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Managing the daily Integration of Consignment data into the ERP system.
• Investigate, Escalate and Resolve queries that arise in the data integration process.
• Manage Information system and financial system Master data.
• Support of the financial business systems together with the Information Systems team.
• Completion of any calls from the helpdesk relating the business support.
• Support Implementation of new Financial Systems and Software when required.
• Manage Integration stock and warehouse transactions through the helpdesk.
• Assist the Financial Systems Manager where required.
• Any other items that might be required.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• B.Com Information Systems degree or similar degree.
• Experience in a Financial System environment and in Data Integration.
• Previous financial and debtors experience.
• Advanced knowledge in the use of financial software applications and spreadsheets.
• Experience in the Poultry Industry or FMCG will be advantageous.
• Must be able to work well with members outside of their own team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as problem solving and planning skills are required.
• The individual should be able to do standby and work under pressure.
• Have a valid code 8/EB driver’s license as well as reliable transport.
