Customer Solution Consultant

Location: Cape Town, On-Site, willing to travel to customers (1-2 weeks in Gauteng).

Our client is a leading integration and automation platform (iPaaS) helping organizations streamline operations, improve data visibility, and scale digital transformation. Headquartered in Cape Town (Somerset West), with a growing global customer base, they enable teams to automate and integrate applications, systems, or databases with speed and simplicity.

They are launching their own Centre of Excellence, a space where technology and consulting meet to solve real-world problems. Your Role in the Centre of Excellence

As an Integration Analyst Consultant, you will work directly with customers to drive discovery, collaborate with the Integration Architect to deliver smart integration strategies, and ensure clients maximize their software investment. You will act as a trusted consultant, uncover automation opportunities, advise on processes, and guide clients through transformation journeys with business impact. This role blends business analysis, integration expertise, and client collaboration, with high ownership and impact.

What You'll Do

• Partner with customers to analyze systems, understand workflows, and identify integration opportunities.
• Conduct discovery and requirements workshops to surface technical and business needs.
• Propose, document, and present tailored integration solutions using Flowgear.
• Assist with data and process modeling, transformation mapping, and best-practice configuration.
• Provide hands-on support during integration design, build, and optimization phases.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering and support teams to drive value realization.
• Lead post-implementation reviews to ensure solutions deliver measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, platform feedback, and product evolution.

Who You Are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance.
• Knowledge of ERP and Financial systems processes.
• Relevant ERP or iPaaS certifications (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, Flowgear, Workday, Oracle).

Other Qualifications

• ERP Certifications in Syspro, Netsuite, Sage.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Scripting or API development experience.

Experience Required

• 4-6 years in an integration consulting, business systems analyst, or implementation role.
• Understanding of ERP ecosystems: Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage.
• Strong knowledge of finance process flows and transformation initiatives.
• Experience designing integrations with Financial Institutions, Manufacturing, eCommerce.
• Hands-on with data modeling and transformation logic.
• Familiarity with API concepts (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), JSON, XML, middleware strategies.
• Ability to lead client workshops and design sessions independently.

Desirable Competencies

• Experience with financial process transformation, HR integration, and data migration.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills with Finance, HR, IT stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for using technology to solve complex business challenges.
