Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Integrated Marketing Planning: Define the local solution area marketing plan aligned with regional strategy, utilizing marketing technology to drive business priorities through channels such as digital, social media, email, and events. Ensure marketing tactics support objectives like acquisition, nurturing, and re-engagement, focusing on outcomes and metrics. Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align the local marketing plan with broader strategies and regional programs, incorporating feedback to improve plan quality.
  2. Integrated Marketing Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize the marketing plan based on customer insights, segmentation tools, and performance metrics. Continuously enhance customer experiences by optimizing segments, spend, and digital channels, ensuring compliance with company policies such as privacy, accessibility, and brand standards.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making and Performance Management: Use data and dashboards to inform marketing strategies and optimize delivery. Advocate for marketing impact within the subsidiary, providing insights and recommendations to the broader team. Develop strategic responses based on market analysis to leverage strengths and address weaknesses.
  4. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for your subsidiary, ensuring adherence to financial principles, seasonal spending guidelines, and compliance standards.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Experience in integrated marketing, campaign planning, digital marketing, event management, program management, or marketing operations.
  • Experience working with regional cross-functional teams, with strong coordination and alignment skills across diverse functions and cultures.
