Job summary

Asuer in Johannesburg is seeking a Junior-to-Mid Operations Admin Clerk to bridge our customer-facing teams and Product team. You will help keep claims, policies and sales running smoothly, supporting first-line customer care and sales duties.

You will champion our Operations, monitor activity, and pull together weekly reports. Three days in office (Bryanston) with the rest from your preferred location, and a MacBook provided to do your best work.

Job description

A Junior-to-Mid Operations Admin Clerk who is passionate about helping customers make sure their loved ones are protected. You'll be the bridge between our customer-facing teams and our Product team, keeping claims, policies and sales running like a well-oiled machine.

A strong background in funeral insurance, good judgement and a drive to find out more are what we're looking for.

What you'll get to do

You'll champion our Sales Force and customers, making sure they get the best possible service, and act as the main link between the Product team and the Customer Care and Sales teams. You'll monitor operational activity to catch issues early, spot opportunities to improve, and help make sure claims move through assessment and payment without delay.

You'll be first-line support for Customer Care and Sales, the point of contact for our partners' operational teams, and you'll pull together weekly reports and feed them back to the Product team.

• Insurance experience in funeral cover is essential; other financial services experience is a bonus.
