Qualifications

• Previous admin or data entry experience, preferably in insurance.
• Strong MS Office skills with attention to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Keen interest in learning underwriting principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist underwriters by gathering and analyzing applicant information for risk assessment.
• Input policy details and client data into the management system with accuracy.
• Prepare policy documents, endorsements, and renewal notices for review.
• Respond to inquiries from brokers and clients regarding policy status and coverage.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth policy processing from application to issuance.
• Maintain organized policy files, both physical and digital.
