Job Description:

Alpha Direct is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Service Agent-Entry Level. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, processing insurance applications, and assisting with policy renewals and claims processing.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
2. Assist customers in choosing the right insurance products based on their needs
3. Process insurance applications accurately and efficiently
4. Assist with policy renewals and premium payments
5. Handle claims processing and follow-up with customers as needed
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings

Requirements:

1. Minimum of grade 11 or Matric qualification
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong customer service orientation
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
6. Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
7. Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry
