Insurance Sales Agents Kelly Adcorp

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Agents with qualifications in RE5, Class of Business (COB), and NQF Level 4 or 5 to join our client in Sandton within the Medical Aid Industry.

The successful candidates will focus on short-term and long-term insurance sales, and banking products, engaging potential customers over the phone, identifying their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in a fast-paced sales environment, specifically within the insurance industry, and who meet all regulatory and qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to offer short-term and long-term products.
2. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
3. Present product features and benefits to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
4. Accurately capture client information and follow the necessary administrative processes.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
6. Stay up to date on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and regulations.
7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently discuss product offerings.
