Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Polokwane, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service and managing client relations
  • Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Wealth management NQF Level 5 or equivalent experience in related fields is beneficial
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Passed RE5
  • Willing to work for commission
