Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent, based in Durban, with some work from home flexibility. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service, explaining insurance policies to clients, and assisting with insurance brokerage services. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and presenting suitable insurance products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales and Sales skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications or licenses in Insurance Sales are advantageous
• Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid environment
