Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of product management experience, with significant insurance industry exposure.
• Proven success in launching and managing complex insurance products.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote, cross-functional environment.
