Placements24 in Mahikeng is seeking an Insurance Product Developer to conceptualize, design, and launch new insurance products and enhance existing offerings to meet evolving market demands and customer needs.

You will conduct market research, analyze competitors, and collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, legal, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing performance optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, product management, or a related role within the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of insurance markets, products, and regulatory environments.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to launch.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new insurance products.
Design and develop innovative insurance products, including coverage details, pricing structures, and policy terms.
